By proceeding with the any of Voice of Brilliance online courses, you understand that you are purchasing a limited time access to a streaming media training program which offers tools to enhance the sound of your voice, delivery and/or performance for presentation in live, electronic media or other presentation venues.
You understand that your subscription entitles you to a single user license with single logon session rights. This single user license is for the sole use of one individual only. You may not run any Voice of Brilliance program on multiple computers or share, sell or otherwise distribute your subscription.
You understand that neither Brilliance in Performance or Voice of Brilliance training will have absolutely no affect on you unless you apply the coaching as described within. The methods presented have been proven to achieve results It has further been shown that clients and participants get out what they put into practicing the techniques. You understand that although many people have experienced profound and dramatic improvements in their voice and performance; it is not a guarantee that your results will be the same. You further agree and understand that you are responsible for your results.

There are certain throat and vocal conditions that require medical care and/or a professional speech pathologist.
