Brilliance In Performance

Created in the 1980's as my parent coaching company, BIP was so named because 1. all of my coaching was related to performance... and 2. I wanted everyone I coached to shine. That was the image in my head. I wanted them to be brilliant... sparkle... be "bigger than" in any performance situation they faced. When they did that... they felt the best, won the biggest and loved it the hardest. And so did I!

Over the years, my multi-disciplined life has had me designing performance programs and seminars in sports, the performing arts and news broadcast. The one common thread; when people work from the core of their talent... and perform from their deeper, soul-connected selves... they naturally shine at whatever they're doing. I call it 'brilliance'. Some call it the 'Wow factor'. By whatever name, 'brilliance' has become the theme, the goal, the vision - both for myself and for my clients.
 

Now with Voice of Brilliance... I'm shifting the game. It's still about brilliance... and obviously about voice... but we're expanding by going online. Which means widespread global in whole new way. I want anyone with a computer and the internet to have access to fabulous tools that'll help them shine in a way that resonates... through their voice. Many years ago, my voice mentor Dr. Joan Kenley said that voice was "the last unexplored frontier of personal development". I still think she's right!

From the moment you open your mouth, people make a rapid assessment of who they think you are. And from that point - your work either gets easier or harder. Today it's all about authenticity, connection, sending clear messages. The voice conveys it JUST by how it sounds. And the people around you... from friends to bosses... come to all kinds of conclusions about just from the sound of your voice.
When you realize that your voice is hardwired to who you are on every level... right down to your soul's resonant expression... you begin to understand why releasing it can change everything.

I want people to have peace, freedom, authenticity & empowerment in their voice.
I want them to resonate with their deeper core... and their soul's natural brilliance.
And I want people anywhere to have access to tools that can make it happen.

So it's still Brilliance in Performance.
But now it's about a resonance of brilliance... one heard around the world.
